We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Lead to join our team at an Australian healthcare provider. As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents across the home.
About the Role:
The Team Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating care provision, while ensuring that each resident's individual needs, wishes, and goals are met in a supportive and respectful environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for Enrolled Nurses or Personal Care Workers to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic and person-centred care to all residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Support the coordination of care needs, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration.
- Lead and supervise care on the shift, within designated wings or areas.
- Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, and organisational policies.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with AHPRA Registration) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support. You will also have a high level of commitment, integrity, and trustworthiness, along with effective listening and communication skills.
Why Work for Us?
