Job Title: Net Software Team Leader

The company is a market leader internationally in their field, with a team of talented technologists working across ANZ.

An opportunity has presented itself to grow their team and they are looking for a skilled Net engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Build software leveraging modern .NET and Azure technologies to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in the business to understand project requirements and develop effective strategies.
  • Work with your team to identify areas of technical improvement within the system and strive for best practice and optimal technical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the software architect to ensure software development plans align with architectural strategy and meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development, including hands-on experience with relational databases such as MS SQL or MongoDB.
  • Ability to lead senior software engineers and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • A passion for problem-solving and interest in complex technical challenges.
