About Our Team

We're seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to lead our premium retail team. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales, service, and operational excellence across multiple stores.

The Role

  • Lead and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Embed a consultative, process-driven sales culture that builds customer trust and drives conversions.
  • Collaborate with head office teams to translate strategy into action and optimise regional performance.
  • Regularly visit stores to provide real-time coaching, problem solving, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Service: Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores.
  2. Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent delivery of operational standards, visual merchandising, and showroom excellence.
  3. Team Development: Coach, mentor, and inspire teams to embed a structured sales culture.
  4. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with head office teams to drive regional performance and achieve business objectives.

About You

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience in premium retail or home lifestyle environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to make effective decisions using KPIs and sales reports.
  • Hands-on leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams in real time.
  • Possess a passion for design, interiors, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
