About Our Opportunity

This is a critical leadership position within our retail organization. As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets at various retail points of sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets at retail points of sale.
  • Provide regular analysis and recommendations to Area Managers on sales performance and target achievement.
  • Negotiate additional spaces and promotional activities with retailers at retail points of sale.
  • Ensure effective implementation of promotions and marketing activities at retail points of sale.
  • Maintain high-quality visual merchandising and brand image at retail points of sale.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at retail points of sale.
  • Report relevant market information to senior management.

Field Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and integrate Beauty Advisors (BAs) into the team.
  • Set and manage targets at retail point of sale level under supervision of Area Manager.
  • Lead, motivate, evaluate, and coach teams to optimize performance.

Professional Development

  • Develop and implement regional education strategies and action plans.
  • Provide training on specific programs and retail tools as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail operations.
  • Strong business acumen and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with regional headquarters.
