
Senior Mental Health Care Coordinator

The Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS) is a dynamic, community-based team providing compassionate, person-centred mental health care through in-community and outreach services.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead as a clinical expert in mental health practice, delivering high-quality support to nursing, medical, and allied health staff in managing complex consumer needs.
- Develop and implement evidence-based policy, care guidelines, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities to enhance consumer outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive case management to designated consumers with complex needs, including carer education and collaboration with healthcare providers and significant others.
To excel in this role, you will require extensive experience in clinical nursing practice, thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and awards, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
