Marketing Automation Manager, APAC Job Description

Procore Technologies is seeking a seasoned Marketing Automation Manager to join our global Marketing Automation team. This role will focus on delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns and building automated programs to nurture prospects and retain customers in the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of global email campaigns, nurture programs, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives in Marketo and Demandbase, ensuring continuous optimization.
  • Manage our marketing database, guaranteeing data hygiene, compliance measures, accurate tagging, and troubleshooting any data issues between Marketo, Demandbase, Salesforce, and other MarTech systems.
  • Collaborate with the ANZ Campaigns team on the ideation, implementation, and measurement of omnichannel nurture strategies to maximize activation, engagement, and retention across the entire prospect-to-customer journey.
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive reporting on marketing campaigns, covering metrics from webinars, events, advertising, email, and web traffic performance to inform data-driven decisions on marketing campaign strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to tailor global processes for regional needs, implementing solutions to accommodate our unique APAC market requirements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Marketing Automation, teaching other team members best practices and providing guidance on system administration and managing system integrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Marketing Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS capacity.
  • Expert-level experience in Marketo, including familiarity with system administration and managing system integrations. Marketo Certified Expert certification preferred.
  • Experience managing an ABM orchestration platform, such as Demandbase or 6Sense.
  • Experience with reporting on email campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • A critical thinker who is highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable with editing and optimizing HTML/CSS for email templates.
