Transformation Leader

  • Main Accountabilities

  • Maintain oversight of program performance to ensure risks are mitigated and benefits are realised.
  • Develop and lead ideas that improve patient/referrer experience and address NPS feedback.

  • Engage your team and key stakeholders on vision, provide clarity, support, and recognition to foster a high-performance culture and exceptional service.

Requirements

A dynamic leader with diverse strategy, business transformation, program delivery, and commercial management experience gained through consulting and/or in-house roles. The ability to facilitate workshop sessions, human-centered design, lean process improvement, agile ways of working, and end-to-end project delivery is beneficial.
