Job Title: New Client Liaison Lawyer

About the Role:

  • Respond to new client enquiries across various areas of law, including personal injury, commercial, property, estates, family, and criminal law.
  • Assess the viability of enquiries, provide initial legal advice, and determine next steps, including the execution of costs agreements and referrals to relevant solicitors.
  • Check in with new and existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • An admitted lawyer in NSW with 2+ years post-qualification experience in personal injury law and 2 or more of the following areas: commercial law, property law, family law, wills/estates, and criminal law.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A client-service centric approach.
  • Passion for helping people and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and resolve problems expeditiously.
