Job Overview:

As a key support member, you will be working alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists to deliver high-quality clinical services to clients. Your role will involve both clinical and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering physiotherapy services in line with operating procedures and policies.
  • Support RAC clients in accordance with Allied Health Professionals treatment plans.
  • Transport residents to therapy sessions and appointments as required.
  • Set up and pack away therapy equipment and clean areas.
  • Collect referrals and complete administrative tasks under the guidance of physiotherapists.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working in residential aged care settings is essential, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures is also necessary.
