Senior Business Development Executive

A highly driven and results-oriented professional is sought to drive growth within major mining and minerals processing projects in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and South Australia.
- Develop and achieve specifications and conversions within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, EPC/Ms, and Contractors.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to target customers.
- Maximise opportunities through effective territory planning and management.
- Contribute to training initiatives for specifiers, distributors, and contractors.
- Provide timely and accurate market intelligence and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic and hands-on approach.
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborate with senior management network to influence specifications and capitalise on opportunities.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or equivalent professional sales qualifications with strong technical acumen.
- Significant experience in business development at management levels within the mining sector.
- Well-established senior management network within Owner, EPC/M, and Constructor organisations in the mining industry.
- Demonstrated experience in executing complex and technical sales into major projects.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate technical expertise effectively to diverse audiences.
