Livestock Career Development Program
Are you passionate about the livestock industry? Do you want to take your career to the next level and become a leader or technical expert in this field?
We are offering a unique opportunity for top talent to join our Livestock Career Development Program. This 24-month program is designed to provide participants with the skills and training needed to succeed in the livestock industry.
The program will cover all aspects of livestock activity, including leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-ground training, and mentorship. Participants will have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques under the guidance of experienced livestock employees and leaders.
What You Will Gain:
- A comprehensive understanding of the livestock industry and its operations
- Leadership and management skills to drive business growth and success
- Technical expertise in areas such as livestock marketing, sales, and client relationship building
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong network of peers and professionals in the industry
Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry
- Successful completion of Year 12
- Experience in Agriculture for at least 24 months, preferably in Livestock
- Willingness to relocate during or after the program
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
