Based at our Yea branch, the Nutrien Ag Solutions 2026 Livestock Career Development program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the Livestock Industry. The program is designed for top talent to gain valuable experience in all aspects of Livestock activity while completing an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing. During the 24-month program (roles are all permanent), participants will be involved in leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-ground training, and have mentors assigned to provide ongoing support. You will have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques under the guidance of experienced livestock employees and leaders.

Who we're looking for
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry; excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
  • Successful completion of Year 12
  • Experience in Agriculture for at least 24 months, preferably in Livestock
  • Willingness to relocate during or after the program
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident; temporary visa holders are not eligible
  • Vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills and leadership potential
  • Genuine interest in the Livestock Industry
