Event Management Role

The Event Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional events and functions at a prestigious venue.

With a passion for hospitality, strong organisational skills, and a flair for creating seamless guest experiences, you will set the tone for our events and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute weddings, functions, and corporate events across the venue
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Coordinate staff rosters and service providers
  • Manage inventory checks and event setup/pack down
  • Act as the Responsible Person on site during events
  • Resolve issues with professionalism and ensure every guest leaves happy
  • Promote the venue within the tourism industry and seek new opportunities
About You
  • Previous experience in event management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across a flexible roster
  • Accreditation and RP badge required
  • Passionate about food, wine, and creating memorable experiences
