About the Job
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Associate to provide outstanding service to our customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Offer styling advice and assistance to customers
- Utilize Zendesk Ticketing, Live Chat, Facebook Messenger & Talk systems to deliver high-quality customer support
- Work effectively in urgent situations and investigate complex incidents or complaints
- Accurately record issues and data into CRM / Support Systems
- Collaborate with store teams to address customer queries or issues
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience in a Customer Care/Call Centre role
- Previous experience with managing a Customer Service Platform such as Zendesk (or similar)
- Excellent communication and English language skills
- Flexible availability and ability to work late nights
