Experienced Customer Experience Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Leader to oversee the daily operation of our team, ensuring a positive customer journey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with leaders and providing feedback on team performance and functional activities.
- Establishing a mindset of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Servicing daily operations, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.
- Optimizing the shopping journey for customers.
- Recording information accurately to improve future customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience supervising teams. As a Customer Experience Leader, you should be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, motivated to continuously improve processes, and have strong attention to detail.

About This Role
This is a Permanent Full-time position requiring the availability to be rostered shifts between 8:30am - 10:00pm, as well as three out of four weekends (both days).
