As a seasoned Business Development/Design Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with our design teams to create customised HVAC systems tailored to client needs.

To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the Victorian HVAC industry, with established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers.

Some key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance Fusion Modulair's market presence and drive growth.
  2. Cultivating strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Preparing proposals, quotes, and project documentation to align with client expectations.
  4. Applying knowledge of relevant NCC sections, industry standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  5. Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to promote innovation and maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements for this position include:

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and client engagement, including HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
  2. Dynamic engineer with a passion for innovation, eager to learn and grow with our company.
  3. Proven ability to manage projects from design to completion, combining engineering expertise with excellent communication skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities, keen eye for detail, and commitment to quality.
