Job Title: Candidate Care Coordinator

Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing timesheets, document management via Outlook, JobAdder & Salesforce, and driving team social media activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Timesheet management
  • Document management via Outlook, JobAdder & Salesforce
  • Drive Team social media activity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an Administration and/or Coordination role, with high attention to detail and superb Communication skills. Excellent Organisational ability and a willingness to streamline processes are essential.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Administration and/or Coordination role
  • High attention to detail & superb Communication skills
  • Excellent Organisational ability and enjoys streamlining processes
  • Previous experience working with multiple stakeholders
