Job Opportunity: Automotive Assessor

We are seeking a qualified Automotive Assessor to conduct assessments with overseas participants in their workplace based in South East Queensland.

This is an opportunity for you to play a vital role in recognising the knowledge and skills developed by participants who have previously gained an automotive qualification as part of this migration program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Job Ready assessments with overseas participants in their workplace.
  • Utilise your trade qualification in Automotive – Certificate III or above – to assess the skills and knowledge of participants.
  • Ensure accurate and timely assessment reports.
  • Effectively communicate with participants who have English as a second language.
Requirements:
  • Australian trade qualification in Automotive – Certificate III or above – required.
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the Assessor Skill Set – required.
  • Previous training and assessment history – desirable.
  • Reliable vehicle and current drivers license – required.

We will provide full training, mentoring, administration support, and a competitive contract including travel time and vehicle allowance.

You must be eligible to work in Australia. A current Working with Children Blue Card and National Police Check is required and can be arranged for the successful applicant.
