Clinical Research Professional

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our research initiatives.
About the Job- Conduct site evaluation, training, routine monitoring, and site closure activities in compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Develop customized site engagement strategies for assigned studies and gather local insights using site engagement tools.
- Evaluate recruitment and retention techniques based on patient disease journey.
- Stay up-to-date on therapeutic areas, assets, and clinical landscapes to ensure successful patient recruitment.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and promote compliance through a customer-centric approach.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to inform study design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective site engagement strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sites on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities and communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements- Tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline (Medical, Scientific, Nursing).
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic area indications and ability to apply scientific concepts.
- Clinically related experience in clinical research coordinating or data management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written, verbal, active listening, and presentation skills.
