Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage the Salesforce platform and lead a team in driving business success.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the prioritization framework, manage the pipeline for Salesforce and Market Engagement Technology platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • This is an opportunity to establish relationships with product owners, the MET core team, and key delivery stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities and GHD Enterprise Systems lifecycles and roadmap.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop strong relationships with product owners, MET core team members, and key delivery stakeholders.
  • Program upcoming priorities in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team.
  • Establish and maintain the prioritisation framework for each project as assigned.
  • Contribute to the establishment of internal governance processes for the pipeline of work.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of software development principles and CRM technologies.
  • Excellent technical and non-technical written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in conducting business analysis and pipeline management.
  • Leadership experience with CRM and marketing technology implementation, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.
