Are you a science enthusiast looking to drive innovation in the field of complementary medicine? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our rotational program as a Science Graduate. In this 2-year role, you will rotate across different science functions to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Developing innovative solutions that meet consumer needs efficiently and effectively.
- Optimising product life cycles through regulatory strategies.
- Collaborating with teams to align new product developments with our innovation strategy and compliance standards.
- Conducting laboratory experiments, stability testing, method validation, and maintaining detailed documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field) by December 2025; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
- Work experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG is highly valued.
- A genuine passion for complementary medicine and its health benefits.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A consumer-centric approach and commitment to sustainability.
- Year 1: Development Centre Scientist role focusing on product development and analysis.
- Year 2: Transition to Regulatory Affairs Associate role with responsibilities in regulatory submissions and lifecycle management.
