  • Oversee the planning and scheduling of maintenance for all plant and equipment.
  • Manage the reliability team to swiftly address breakdowns, identify root causes, execute improvement projects, and enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the overall maintenance budget to ensure value and benefit for expenditure.
  • Provide mentorship and safety leadership to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation at the facility.

  • Lead project management initiatives.
  • Drive technical training efforts.
Requirements
  • Mechanical trade qualification with at least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and inventory management.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMP) in a dairy or food manufacturing setting.
