Yooralla is seeking a permanent Full-time Garden and Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance and Gardening team in Mooroopna.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Yooralla Service Providers and external contracts, providing leadership and on-the-job training to team members while managing a Commercial Social Enterprise.
This role requires a strong horticultural background and expertise in the field of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan building and grounds maintenance, ensuring strong safety knowledge and skills.
- Responsible for the safe selection and application of pesticides and herbicides.
- Demonstrated experience in garden and grounds maintenance, including vegetation and refuse removal.
- Hold a current National Police Record Check, International Police Check (if required), Working with Children Check (if required), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a current driver's licence to drive in Australia.
- First Aid (HLTAID003) Certificate.
