Job Title: Cloud Engineering Professional


Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineering Professional to lead the development and operation of enterprise CI/CD capabilities, design and develop cloud-based applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and operate enterprise CI/CD capabilities, offering guidance on best practices and supporting major programs at enterprise scale.
  • Design and develop applications with cloud engineering principles, leveraging infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation.
  • Hands-on experience with containerisation design and build, and container runtimes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, agile delivery teams to drive project success.

Requirements:
  • AWS Professional-level certifications relevant to Solution Architecture and DevOps.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with development, deployment, and operation of AWS environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
  • Experience delivering major programs in complex, agile environments.
  • Advanced-level experience as a Senior Cloud Engineering professional across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud engineering principles, with deep experience in designing and developing applications.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including GitLab, GitHub, and Sonatype.
  • Experience building and operating Docker container-based services or other container runtimes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling (Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of AWS Security Service patterns and best practices.
  • Experience working with modern frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, agile delivery teams.
  • Nice to Have: experience in highly regulated environments with strong compliance and audit requirements.
  • Nice to Have: understanding of architectural trade-offs across diverse environments.
  • Nice to Have: ability to architect and mature AWS security controls.
