
Plant HR Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our team as a Plant HR Business Partner. As a key facilitator of HR processes and services, you will play a pivotal role in talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, and HR systems management.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plant-level HR strategies, ensuring alignment with Group policies while addressing the unique needs of the local industrial workforce.
- Manage local HR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with Group standards and local regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR administrative requirements.
- Promote effective communication between managers and employees, supporting Line Managers in planning and structuring communication processes.
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts in line with Group templates and legal requirements.
- Sponsor professional development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Oversee training plans and development programs, especially for blue-collar employees.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives, contributing to their implementation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant HR business partnering experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, open mind, agility.
- Advanced MS Office skills, SAP knowledge considered a plus.
