Leadership Role in IT Operations, Property and Procurement

The role is responsible for leading the implementation of strategic initiatives across IT service delivery, operations, property, and procurement functions.

  • Oversee IT and property service delivery providers to ensure optimal contractual outcomes, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Develop and implement IT cloud, network, and end-user computing systems that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
  • Manage facilities and physical assets to ensure compliance and cost-effective operations, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision making.
  • Develop a whole-of-organisation property strategy aligned with operational needs and workforce planning, driving innovation and growth.
  • Lead procurement strategy, policy, and operations to ensure transparency, value for money, and alignment with organisational goals, building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Provide direction across ICT, property, and procurement functions, advising executive leadership and aligning with corporate objectives, promoting a culture of accountability and performance.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field, along with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across IT operations, property, and/or procurement. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, enabling them to navigate complex challenges and drive results-oriented solutions.
