Senior Ai Engineer

We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer (Generalist) who loves shipping clean code, learns fast and sweats the details.
You'll use AI to accelerate everything (coding, data prep, testing)—and you'll make sure outputs are evaluated, guarded, and sanitized before they ever reach a user.
What you'll do Own end-to-end features: RAG pipelines, agent workflows, OCR/STT ingestion, eval & guardrails, and production APIs.
Build LLM evaluation harnesses, red-team tests, and PII/safety sanitization (prompt/response filters, automated test suites, drift checks).
Turn domain rules (ICAM, CCM, SHMS) into deterministic checks that sit alongside LLM reasoning.
You might be a fit if you have5–8+ years building software (Python/Type Script) and shipping AI products in prod.
Experience in Node Js and React Js.
Hands-on with: vector DBs (Qdrant/Pinecone)Pragmatic rigor: tests, cost control, and strong attention to detail.
You'll own RAG/agent workflows; eval harnesses + red-team tests; data pipelines; reliability & cost.
Mentoring; light technical leadership on small projects.
