Operational Content Manager

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing end-to-end content operations across various platforms. As the lead, you will work closely with teams to ensure seamless workflow, timely delivery, and optimal team capacity.
You must be able to juggle multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a calm and structured approach even in high-pressure situations.
- Oversee content production from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and efficient collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and trackers to ensure timely completion.
- Work with stakeholders to manage workflow, prioritize feedback, and optimize team capacity.
- Coordinate resources to balance ongoing production with ad hoc content demands.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience managing complex workflows in media or content environments.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Clear and confident communication, ensuring alignment and accountability among team members.
- A team-oriented approach, bringing structure and calm to high-pressure situations.
- Ability to adapt and adjust course as needed, prioritizing tasks effectively.
