About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage our cross-functional team responsible for building and maintaining data analytics products.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key aspects of Corporate Data, including dashboard development, data pipelines, data governance, and influencing the evolution of the data platforms under Corporate Data. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers and engineers.
  • Manage key aspects of delivery for Corporate Data, such as dashboard development, data pipelines, data governance, and influencing the evolution of the data platforms under Corporate Data.
  • Mentor and support your team members in their professional development, unlocking their potential, and empowering them to grow and support their teams.
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data or analytics roles, technical or product.
  • Outstanding track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience partnering with business teams in setting the vision for data needs and translating it into a product roadmap.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data pipeline design, experience in writing SQL.
  • Familiarity with querying and data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with People (HR) technology stack.
  • Develop and defend strong points of view with data and analytics.
