Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Broker to join our team and work primarily from an Aussie retail store. As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop a client pipeline through proactive lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Support customers with their lending needs, guiding them through the home loan journey and ensuring a seamless experience.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (we can provide guidance on obtaining it if needed).
  • Experience in lending, sales, or customer service will be beneficial.
  • A strong drive to build and grow a successful mortgage broking business.
  • A genuine desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams.
