About Our Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy, understanding, and communication skills. You will be working closely with clients who have complex needs, and your ability to adapt to changing situations will be essential in ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a support work or related field.
  • Relevant qualifications in disability, aged care, or a related field.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A current National Police check.
  • A reliable vehicle and driver's license.
