Our Mandurah Member Service Centre is one of several locations in our network that provides face-to-face and phone-based interactions for members and a reliable sales experience. We are offering a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity to join a team environment that prioritizes excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with local members through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with existing members regarding their current products
  • Providing support and general advice to new members
  • Cross-selling and upselling to ensure members have the right levels of cover

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, promoting, cross-selling, and closing sales
  • Commitment to putting customers first and delivering exceptional service
  • Able to build rapport and communicate confidently with diverse individuals
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player
