We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our growing team in NSW. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring that all venues have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff members. This will include creating engaging and interactive content, conducting workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, and monitoring progress to ensure that all staff meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our diverse range of venues and staff members.
  • Conduct regular coaching and mentoring sessions to help staff build their skills and confidence.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to help identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery and staff development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a training or development role within the QSR or food retail industry.
  • An excellent understanding of adult learning principles and methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
