Job Summary

This is a $45,000 - $60,000 per year opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities team as a Warehouse Maintenance Associate/Facilities Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse, including floors, offices, break room, and restrooms.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Clean warehouse floors, offices, break room, and restrooms by operating self-propelled floor scrubbing machinery, sweeping, mopping, spraying, and wiping.
  • Empty trash from designated areas throughout the warehouse and pull merchandise slip sheets and loose cardboard from sales floor.
  • Follow daily schedule for assigned routine tasks and maintenance repair jobs.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and respond quickly to clean up spills.
  • Maintain grounds outside warehouse, including blowing leaves, picking up litter, roof checks, and building maintenance.
  • Perform general upkeep on the warehouse with handyman-type tasks.
  • Provide prompt and courteous member service.

Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:

  • Assist with front-end duties as necessary.
  • Support other departments of the warehouse as needed.

Working Hours and Availability:

This position requires availability between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, working a 24-hour week, including weekends.
