**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the office's efficiency and productivity
- **Office Management**:

- Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Draft and distribute memos, notices, and other communications as needed.
- **Warehouse support**:

- Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming orders in accordance with appropriate procedures
- Picking, packing and preparation of orders for dispatch via internal delivery runs and external freight companies.
- Checking picked orders, invoicing and branch transfers
- Housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse area
- Adhering to warehouse inventory and OH&S procedures
- General warehouse computer use
- Participation in annual and cyclical stock takes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or relevant role.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in XERO.

- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.

**Application Process**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- XERO: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence but not neccesary (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
