Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our product development team. As a product development specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with experienced professionals across the business to design, create and efficiently supply innovative products that enhance homes and lifestyles.
The Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor product category performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in researching and developing new product ideas that meet customer needs and preferences.
- Support product planning, market analysis and competitor research to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
- Coordinate product samples, compliance and testing activities to ensure our products meet high quality standards.
- Help manage product databases, supplier communications and internal reporting to ensure seamless product delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong communicator who is able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Curious, analytical and eager to learn with a tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Product Design.
- Experience in retail, FMCG or manufacturing an advantage but not essential.
- A passion for consumer products, product development or innovation.
