Job Title: Executive Chef Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our culinary services, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cookery, with experience in managing kitchen teams and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the kitchen.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop menus and ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Australian recognised Certificate III (or higher) in Commercial Cookery.
  • Previous proven experience in a similar role.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • S sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation, and statutory obligations.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance, requiring the applicant to be an Australian Citizen.
