Customer Service Representative

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our frontline Fuel team at a Maddington West store. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a great community.

About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Promote products and offers in-store to drive sales and engagement by identifying customer needs and preferences.
  • Operate point of sale systems, monitor fuel/stock deliveries, and maintain a safe working environment to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control for premium presentation of the store.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred to support the store team.
  • A confident attitude, energetic approach, and excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be solutions-focused to meet customer needs.
