We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Customer Operations & Distribution department as a Customer Service Support Team Member.

The Role: As a Customer Service Support, you will ensure NDIS-funded customers are onboarded and supported in line with service KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard new NDIS customers and manage referrals within SLA timeframes.
  2. Respond to inbound queries and urgent follow-ups with professionalism and care.
  3. Support contract and invoice processing in line with service standards.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party stakeholders including NDIA and plan managers.
  5. Maintain compliance with privacy and PCI requirements.
  6. Assist with data administration across systems like Smartsheet and DocuSign.

About You:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven commitment to service excellence.
  • Confident using systems such as Sales Support, Genesys, Switchboard, SSRS reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module and Screening Check.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
