Customer Support Managers are key professionals who play a vital role in the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to major customers. At WesTrac, this means being the primary point of contact for our Perth-based teams, responsible for the effective day-to-day product support and parts and services sales activities with a major customer account.

The Customer Support Manager will be required to deliver ongoing advice and management of customer orders and activities, as well as assisting the customer in achieving their business objectives. This involves negotiating and executing sales strategies to drive growth in parts and service sales.

This is a full-time position, based in Guildford, requiring 5 days on and 2 days off. The successful candidate will possess previous experience within a Parts and Repairables role, ideally within the mining industry, and have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.

They will also need to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, compile reports and follow through with required actions. In addition, they must be able to work autonomously and within a team, possessing sound communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and conduct presentations.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Previous experience within a Parts and Repairables role, ideally within the mining industry;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines;
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, compile reports and follow through with required actions;
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team;
  • Sound communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and conduct presentations;
