Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Skincare Professional to join our team in Belconnen.

This role involves working closely with the Boutique Manager and team to drive growth through personalized consultations, tailored customer experiences, and engaging in-store events.

  • You will be key in increasing and maintaining the boutique's skincare performance, requiring flexible availability including working on weekends.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in skincare or fragrance. You must be a team player, professional, and results-driven, with excellent communication skills.

  • You will deliver exceptional customer service by providing high-quality skincare demonstrations and consultations, building strong relationships with clients.
