The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with customer service queries- Coordinating staff recruitment- Coordinating staff training and development activities- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture**Skills**:

- Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise- Dedicated work ethic- Effective leadership and management skills- Efficient problem-solving skills- Excellent customer service skills- Eye for detail and accuracy- Proficiency in using computer systems- Strong communication skills among all stakeholders**Physical Requirements**:

- Repeat the same movements- Stand for long periods of time- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
