We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Monash Health. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing complex engineering and infrastructure assets and maintenance contracts for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate asset data is maintained in our AIMS/CMMS system.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to capture maintenance activities, asset maintenance histories, and maintenance costs.
  • Manage minor works projects and ensure relevant maintenance contracts are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide full coverage for maintenance and operations coordinators during their absence.
  • Ensure day-to-day maintenance needs are actioned in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate trade qualification (Electrical, Plumbing) with comprehensive assets/contract management experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Building Services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of plant performance and maintenance strategies.
