Traffic Management Specialist

- Craft and implement traffic guidance schemes and management plans that ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific traffic needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identifications to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, staff, road authorities, councils, police, and public transport, to ensure seamless traffic management.
- Ensure all plans are accurate, punctual, and meet regulatory requirements.
- Perform daily operational tasks to support traffic management operations.
- Experience in traffic management planning and operations.
- Certification in traffic management plan preparation (RIICWD503E) and a Construction White Card.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Rapid Plan and Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Motivation to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to conduct job analysis and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of permit requirements and procedures.
