About the Company

About the Position

This role will report directly to the Project Engineer, assisting in the management of site operations and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work on various projects throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain relevant documentation, including OH&S, QA, and ITPs
  • Liaise with the Project Engineer and Foreman to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage project costs and variations
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare and submit progress claims and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in large-scale bulk earthworks projects
  • Project delivery experience in the range of $1m - $10m
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
