About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who can provide excellent customer service, share knowledge about wine and spirits products, and maintain store appearance. You will work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and ensure a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, answer questions about wine and spirits products, and make recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Conduct tastings and events to promote new products and increase sales.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, receive deliveries, and ensure stock is properly stored.
  • Clean and organize the store, including the display of products and overall appearance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of wine and spirits products, including tasting techniques and product features.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 20 kg) and stand for long periods.
