Job Title: Law Regulation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough reviews of employment laws and regulations, focusing on modern awards and enterprise agreements.
- Identify ambiguities in employment instruments and convey complex information in simple terms.
- Maintain databases with relevant employment regulatory changes, court decisions, and legal cases.
- Improve processes and databases regularly.
- Create content for employment updates for online distribution.
- Host introductory sessions on employment law for new employees.
- Collaborate across teams to facilitate understanding of employment laws.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Laws degree
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
