Job Description:

The key objective of this role is to lead and manage the delivery of digital projects and CRM campaigns.

This entails planning, executing, and optimizing email, push, and SMS activity while coordinating initiatives to enhance our CRM and Martech capabilities.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of digital projects and CRM campaigns, managing time, budget, and quality.

Maintain core project documentation: scopes, estimates, timelines, risks, status reports, and briefs.

Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Act as central contact across clients, vendors, external partners, and internal teams.

Drive progress through clear communication, milestone tracking, and workflow facilitation.

Escalate risks proactively, keeping stakeholders aligned.

Own Statements of Work and project plans, delivering medium-complexity projects end-to-end.

Manage project financials and report on commercial health.

Communicate and manage changes to time, cost, and scope transparently.
