About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to work with people with disabilities in the Rockingham, Spearwood, and Gosnells areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting people reach their goals through various special programs such as cooking, gardening, arts, photography, exercise, and performing arts.

Our organisation values person-centred supports that help people living with a disability enjoy quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist people with disabilities in reaching their goals through various special programs.
  • Provide support and care to individuals with diverse needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A 'C' class drivers' license.

You should also be eligible for:

  • Working with Children's Check card.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation certificate.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.

Preferred skills include multi-lingual abilities, manual handling certificates, NDIS Infection Control certifications, medication management, and epilepsy management.
