Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to manage architectural projects from Schematic Design to Contract Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison with clients for all aspects of the project.
  • Management of design and documentation of projects to a high standard in line with project aspirations, on time.
  • Preparation and delivery of briefs, sketches, BIM modelling and drawings, verbal/written and graphic presentations, schedules, specifications, reports.
  • Team management and project performance management including planning, monitoring, reviewing. Reporting on brief, scope, programme, delivery progress, invoicing, and project and individual performance.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in architecture or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project initiation, planning and execution.
  • Experience in multi-residential, residential, hotel, student accommodation, build to rent, townhouses or commercial architecture.
  • Project Team Management.
  • Briefing, design, presentation, communication, BIM implementation, review, delegation and motivation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with client, consultants, builders, authorities and other project or practice stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in Revit, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
